Advance payment secures your appointment. Bookings made seven or more days in advance are non-refundable if cancelled but may be rescheduled or exchanged for a salon voucher, subject to your statutory rights.
Cancellations on the appointment day or the day before incur a 50% charge. The remaining balance may be transferred to a future appointment or issued as salon credit.
No-shows may incur a charge of up to 100%.
Charges are limited to the salon’s reasonable losses and may be reduced if the appointment is filled.
Clients arriving over 10 minutes late may have their appointment shortened or cancelled.
Completed services are non-refundable. Contact us within 48 hours regarding any concerns; a complimentary adjustment may be offered.
Prepaid packages and memberships are non-refundable once started; unused balances may become salon credit.
